WC

so what would this year's WC be like?

is it gonna be a year for the underdogs, or is it gonna be a year for the big teams as always?
it has just started, but we have seen many, in fact too many surprises so far.

England's draw with US
(the one that robert green LET the ball slipped away just like that...)

Spain's loss to Swiss

France's loss to Mexico

Portugal's draw with Ivory Coast

Germany's loss to Serbia

and just now, England's draw with Algeria

the only big team dat's doing well right now are the Brazilians and the Argentines.
eventhough i'm not at all a fan of Argentina, i have to agree that they are likely to have a chance in winning the WC title.

i'm rooting for Spain dis year, since tgk line-up dorg power2 belaka. (tapi hampeh jgak...)

but i have to say i'm still an England fan at heart, i realized that while watching their match against Algeria just now. i cant say how frustrated i was(still am!) watching their poor performance. obviously they are one of the team that have the most great players, but sadly enough they are only great individually but not collectively.
i almost cry seeing them struggle, only to get the ball!! watching rooney looking angry at all time, and not trying to chase the ball after losing it, it was just urghhhh!!
i'm pissed off!! Thank God James made some great save just now.

and it was heartbreaking to see Beckham's frustrated face. i couldnt imagine being in his shoes, as a committed player, it must be hard for him to just sit there and watch his own team sinking, without being able to lend a help. =(

haih, i'm just as frustrated as Beckham was, his face reaction speaks for all the England fans' frustrations.

i just sum this up, right after the Germany-Serbia match:

for Group D,
from past results:
Germany bt Aus
Serbia bt Germany
Ghana bt Serbia

the conclusion: Australia<Germany<Serbia<Ghana

now, think i should start rooting for Ghana from now on, hey who knows, it might be Ghana's year!!
